SACRED INNERGY is dedicated to promoting the healing power of Depth Hypnosis and guiding individuals on a path towards self-discovery, empowerment, and inner harmony. The practitioner is committed to helping you unlock your full potential and lead a happy, peaceful, and fulfilling life. Healing ourselves, mind, body, and soul, allows us to fulfill our purpose in life and achieve inner peace. Healing our past trauma and building our personal strength grants us a chance to find peace within ourselves.
It is important to understand that trauma is in the eye of the person who holds it. Trauma is completely personal and can be caused by different things for different people. We do not just deal with mental and emotional issues; we also deal with physical ailments. Using the unique modality of Depth Hypnosis, you lead your own healing process. We follow whatever issue you wish to work on and heal it at the source. Depth Hypnosis is not like side-show hypnosis. You are in full control and are fully aware of what is happening. The practitioner does not lead you to things that don't exist. The client leads us into their own subconscious to the source of the issue. This is where the healing begins.

The story of how Sacred Innergy came to be:
Sacred Innergy is the culmination of my years searching for my own healing and spiritual awakening. Even as a child, I had a curiosity and a need to discover a path to deep and meaningful healing in my life. I was interested in many different healing modalities and searched for the one that would make the greatest change for me. I studied many spiritual traditions and belief systems, trying to find where I fit. I found Depth Hypnosis in 2022 and began studying at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream in Berkeley CA, under Isa Gucciardi Ph.D. (the creator of Depth Hypnosis) in order to heal my own personal trauma. Once I started this self-work, I could see the importance of it and became driven to help others obtain this same life-changing healing. The effects I felt from all levels of my life changed the person I am. I am now a certified Hypnotherapist through the Association of Depth Hypnosis Practitioners and I have completed all the required classes for my Depth Hypnosis Practitioners certification. I am working to complete the certification process now. I am also working on my Shamanic Practitioners certification. I also hold certifications in Life Coaching and Spiritual Life Coaching, among others. I am also a full-time student at Purdue Global University, working on a psychology degree. It is my journey in life to bring this effective healing for the body, mind, and soul to everyone I can. So they can heal their wounds on all levels and find peace and happiness in their healing.
A personal note from the practitioner...
My name is Natalie Burtenshaw. I am a mother, grandmother, and wife. I have been a student of spiritual healing for over 20 years. I have been practicing spiritual healing in many forms for most of that time. Depth Hypnosis is the path that led me to heal my own traumatic past and many medical issues. A few years ago, I was on over twenty medications and watching my health decline. By working with other Depth Hypnosis Practitioners, I am now on only one medication and in significantly less pain. No more pain meds! I am also regaining my mobility and losing weight. I am still on my healing journey, and bringing this same healing to others has become my greatest joy.

Frequently asked questions
Is this confidential?
YES! I work under stringent ethical rules. It is the same as seeing any other type of therapist. Everything is confidential! The only time the Practitioner will break confidentiality is if you make statements of planning to harm yourself or others. All documents or records are encrypted and secured.
Are you messing with my mind?
No, I merely facilitate the session. I follow you during the session not the other way around.
Are you able to imprint fictitious memories?
Absolutely not! Besides the obvious ethical implications of such an action, one, I don't know how. Two, you are completely aware of what happens in your sessions. While suggestion hypnosis is a tool I use occasionally, we discuss any suggestions made before you enter the hypnotic state.
Will this actually cause physical healing?
Yes. All illness and disease begins on a spiritual level. If left untreated it moves to the mental level. If not treated it moves to the emotional level. If left untreated it moves to the physical level and manifests and pain, illness, and disease.
Will I remember what happens?
Yes, you will be in control and able to remember everything.
Do I have to be Buddhist or haveany particular spiritual beliefs?
NO! There is no requirement or expectation for you to believe anything other than that which you already do.
