Alexis Reeder’s path into energy healing didn’t begin as a career move. It began as a personal need — a search for peace, balance, and something deeper than surface-level wellness. What started as her own healing journey through Reiki soon unfolded into something much bigger: a calling to help others reconnect with their inner strength, clarity, and light.
As a Certified Reiki Master, Alexis has experienced firsthand how powerful and life-changing this gentle practice can be. Reiki didn’t just help her manage stress or emotions; it reshaped the way she understands the connection between the body, mind, and spirit. That transformation became the foundation of her work. Today, she shares Reiki not as a technique, but as a deeply supportive experience that helps people slow down, release what weighs on them, and return to themselves.
Working within the safe, heart-centered environment created by Ravenna, Alexis offers a space where clients can let their guard down and simply be. Her sessions are intuitive and personalized, guided by careful attention to each person’s energy and needs in the moment. Through this process, she supports the body’s natural energy systems, encouraging relaxation, emotional clarity, and a sense of harmony that extends beyond the session itself. Clients often arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or depleted — and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned.
For Alexis, this work is more than a profession; it is a purpose. She sees every session as an opportunity to hold space, to witness someone’s healing unfold, and to remind them that the capacity for balance and renewal already lives within them. Whether someone is brand new to Reiki or returning as part of an ongoing self-care practice, her intention remains the same: to support healing on every level — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual — and to help each person walk away feeling more like themselves again.
Alexis’s nurturing spirit extends wholeheartedly into her home, which is joyfully ruled by a lively crew of beloved animal companions. Her cats — Rayne (affectionately called Ray Ray), Rick, Salem, Momo, Batty, and Pretty Girl — each bring their own personality, mischief, and comfort into her daily life, creating a home filled with warmth and gentle chaos. Alongside them is Ka, her snake, who adds a quieter, grounding presence to the mix. Caring for her animals is one of Alexis’s greatest sources of happiness; they keep her playful, present, and deeply connected to the simple, unconditional love that mirrors the heart of her healing work.
Alexis looks forward to meeting with you on your journey.
With Love,
Sacred Innergy Team
