Workshops:
Land-Connected Large-Scale Crystal Grid Foundations
Half-Day Beginner Workshop
What if your home or land could feel calmer, clearer, and more supportive — not through force, but through alignment?
This immersive half-day workshop teaches you how to design and create large-scale crystal grids that work in harmony with the natural qualities of a space. Whether you live on open land, in a neighborhood, or simply want to bring more intention to your surroundings, you will learn a practical, approachable method for establishing supportive environments both indoors and outdoors.
Rather than focusing on small tabletop grids, this class explores how to work at the scale of rooms, yards, and natural settings. You will learn how to observe a space, identify meaningful placement points, and create stable geometric layouts that can support intentions such as calm, protection, boundary-setting, reflection, healing work, or marking life transitions.
This workshop blends grounded spatial awareness with traditional energetic perspectives. Large grids can serve as visual and environmental anchors that influence how a space feels and functions, while many cultures have long used similar practices to honor land, establish sacred areas, and create intentional gathering places.

Katie’s Beginner Yoga classes create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can learn the foundations of yoga at a comfortable pace. You don’t need experience, flexibility, or special equipment. Just bring yourself exactly as you are.

You’ll learn:
-
Foundational yoga poses and proper alignment
-
How to connect movement with breath
-
Gentle stretches to release tension
-
Techniques to improve balance and stability

Relaxation practices to calm the nervous system
Each class ends with a short period of rest, allowing your body and mind to absorb the benefits of the practice.
A Supportive Space to Begin
Katie’s teaching style is warm, patient, and encouraging. Her goal isn’t perfect poses — it’s helping you feel safe in your body, reconnect with your breath, and build a sustainable practice you can carry into everyday life.
Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, improved mobility, or simply a quiet hour to reset, Beginner Yoga offers a gentle path toward greater well-being.
Come as you are. Leave feeling calmer, stronger, and more grounded.
Where We Meet
Classes meet in our cozy lodge during the winter — a spacious, heated, tipi-style structure that stays warm, dry, and comfortable even when the snow is falling outside. In the summer months, we move outdoors to enjoy the fresh air and natural surroundings. If conditions become too cold ❄, windy, or unsafe, class may be canceled for that week or moved to an alternate indoor location. If you’re ever unsure whether we’re meeting, where we’ll be, or what conditions are like, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help. We recommend checking the map in advance and allowing at least 30 minutes of travel time from Idaho Falls or Rexburg so you can arrive relaxed and ready to begin.
